Episode 2 American Name: Digimon, Digimon Everywhere Japanese Name: You're my friend. Terriermon appears!

This might be stretching the definition of an appearance, but it is an appearance nonetheless. During the second episode of season three, which takes place in a different continuity than the first two seasons, Lillymon makes a game card appearance. As it turns out, Kenta and Kazu are playing the Japanese Digimon card and it is Kenta's turn. Kenta uses the Bo-155, which features Togemon evolving to Lillymon, to evolve his Greymon to MetalGreymon. Unfortunately, Kenta loses the hand to Kazu, who is using a Garurumon card.
